These principles apply to enquiries and no-obligation valuations through Webuyhorsetrucks.

No-obligation enquiry
An online enquiry or initial indication is not a purchase agreement. An agreement is only formed after both parties have confirmed the final offer and terms in writing.
Accuracy of information
The seller declares that the vehicle details and photos provided are accurate and that known damage, defects, finance or ownership restrictions have been disclosed.
Inspection and final offer
An offer may be changed or withdrawn if the actual condition, identity, mileage, documentation or specification differs from the information provided.
Ownership and documents
The seller must be authorised to sell the vehicle and be able to provide the relevant documents, keys and ownership information at handover.
Payment, collection and transfer
Final arrangements for payment, collection, release from vehicle registration liability, export and transport are agreed in writing beforehand. The vehicle is only taken after the agreed payment and documentation steps have been completed.
Liability and applicable law
Webuyhorsetrucks is not liable for incorrect information provided by the seller or indirect loss. Dutch law applies to the final agreement unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
